3. [Excerpt]... Jose and Roberto spent the whole day of January 16 repairing my bricks, and the end result exceeded my expectations. They remained focused the entire time and were meticulous in the execution of their job duties. Jose and Roberto are true craftsmen and approached repairing my mortar with the same level of dedication that an artist would show when repairing the Mona Lisa.
